Jojoba oil recommended for acne skin

Jojoba oil is rich in anti-inflammatory and antibacterial substances that prevent recurrence of pimples, but also in vitamin E and other substances with healing properties. To treat acne, it is recommended a mask with jojoba oil and aspirin (crushed pills) in equal amounts. This mask can be used daily and it has to be left on for about 15 minutes. Also interesting to know is the fact that jojoba oil also helps in forming a protective film on the skin that prevents penetration of dirt in the pores of the skin.

Generously apply jojoba oil all over the face and massage all areas with makeup for a minute. Allow the oil to act then between 10 and 30 minutes (depending on the amount and makeup resistance). Then use a cotton pad to remove the makeup and the oil.

Prepare a hair mask from a teaspoon of jojoba oil, a teaspoon of castor oil, half a teaspoon of vitamin E and vitamin A, and half a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply this mask once a week in the evening, and leave it to act for one hour. During this time you can perform household activities. To complete the treatment, wash your hair with shampoo. The jojoba oil stops hair loss, accelerates its growth and treats dandruff.

During summer, you can spray a small amount of jojoba oil on your hair to protect it from the harmful action of sunlight.

After waxing, apply jojoba oil, gently massaging the skin. It is important that the skin is clean and do not use other lotions that can impede the action of the natural ingredients of jojoba oil.
