5 natural recipes for firmer breasts!

Yogurt and eggs mask

This is a simple mask suitable for all skin types. It is efficient and will leave your breasts firm, supple and with silky smooth skin. You can use the mask as often as you wish.

To prepare it you need a tablespoon of yogurt, 1 egg and a tablespoon of oily vitamin E. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and apply the mask on your breasts. Leave to act for 20-25 minutes. Massage the breasts gently before rinsing the mask off with warm water.

Apple mask

This is a mask many Hollywood stars use on their breasts as stated during many interviews. It is easily prepared and has sensational results.

To make it you need 1l of milk and 2 apples. Chop the apples and mix them with the milk. Place them in a pot and heat it up. Leave it on the stove until you get a paste-like consistency. Apply it on your breasts and leave to act for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and then cold.

Rom and lemon mask

Mix the juice and pulp from one lemon with 100ml of rom. Leave it overnight. Apply the mask on your breasts and massage gently. Wait a few minutes and then rinse with warm and cold water.

Thistle and lavender

For this one you need 40g of Vaseline, 20 drops of lavender essence and 30 ml of thistle extract. Apply and leave to act for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water.


Mash up a couple of ripe bananas and apply them on your breasts. Cover with plastic foil and leave to act for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
