Avocado – A beauty hack every woman should know about

Treasured for centuries in tropical countries, both as food and as a cosmetic product, avocado is one of the most effective natural products to prevent and slow the formation of wrinkles and sagging of the skin.

It is widely used in cosmetics due to its countless properties, among which we find: emollient, antibacterial, healing, moisturizing, antioxidant, tanning assistant, nourishing and regenerating the capillary.
It is an excellent source of healthy fats, rich in oleic acid (omega-9) monounsaturated fatty acids, carotenoids and lutein, vitamins (A, B, D, E) and minerals (iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus).
The recommendations in cosmetics are for mature skin, wrinkled, devitalized, sensitive and fragile skin,  it is helpful in treating skin inflammation, scarring and skin imperfections, also being useful in hair regeneration.

Avocado mask for hair hydration and radiance
For this mask you need a mature avocado, one egg, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and half a banana. Peel the avocados and remove the core. Mix the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Apply the mask on the entire scalp and hair length. Leave on 20 minutes minimum. You should note the results after the first application.

Avocado mask for glowing skin
Put half of an avocado in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well the composition. Apply the mask, avoiding eye contour and lips. Leave on for 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.

Moisturizing avocado treatment for body
To get a full body moisturizing treatment use an avocado pulp alone or in composition with sour cream or mayonnaise. By doing so, you will get a super-moisturizing body cream. Apply the mixture all over the body and leave it to act for at least ten minutes. To achieve maximum hydration, wrap your body with plastic foil. You will get a silky smooth skin all over.

Gentle scrub
Get one avocado pulp and add 3 tablespoons of coffee grounds (for a full body scrub) and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix everything together and use as a gentle scrub for body, hands and face.

Avocado treatment for dandruff and hair growth
Mix three tablespoons of avocado pulp with a teaspoon tea tree oil or essential oil of neem, and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Massage this mixture on the scalp before shampooing, preferably to damp hair and leave for a period ranging between 15 and 30 minutes.
