Cheap beauty treatments you can try at home

Every woman loves beauty treatments. Cellulite wraps, facial masks, hydration treatments, scrubs, relaxing massages … all these help us keep our beauty and youth. But as much as we like these “indulgences” they cost a lot of money at professional salons.

Here are a few pampering sessions you can try at home:

Effective wrap against cellulite

You need coffee grounds, olive oil, clay and plastic foil.
Mix the coffee grounds with olive oil and cosmetic clay until it forms a paste. Apply the paste on the affected areas. Wrap plastic foil over it and leave to act for several hours (preferably over night). If you get used to using this treatment at least twice a week, you will see results in no time.

Acne treatment

You need one egg white, 3 or 4 large strawberries, one tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of polenta flour.
Beat the egg whites in a bowl and separately puree the strawberries with honey. Mix everything together with the polenta flour in a bowl. Apply the treatment on your skin (wet) and allow to act for 20 minutes and then rinsed well.

Castor oil for hair

Mix a tablespoon of castor oil, one egg yolk, one tablespoon of honey and one crushed garlic. Apply the mixture on your hair (after washing it) and leave it on for at least half an hour (cover with plastic foil). Wash your hair thoroughly afterwards. To get rid of the garlic smell rinse with lemon juice, after washing your hair with shampoo. Or mix the shampoo with the juice from one lemon.

Exfoliating skin

You need corn or brown sugar mixed with honey or cream. Scrub your skin with the mixture, using gentle circular motions. Rinse with chamomile tea. This is effective against blackheads and it is great for cleaning your skin of dead cells, as well.
Brightening mask

You need 2 tablespoons of clay, 2 teaspoons of milk and a teaspoon of cream. Mix the clay with warm milk mix until it turns into a paste. Add sour cream and mix well. Apply the paste on your clean skin and keep the mask on until it dries up. Rinse with warm water.

Coffee scrub

Mix 2 cups of ground coffee with half a cup of sea salt and 2-3 teaspoons oil massage. Apply the mixture on the skin with circular movements, pressing gently. The massage will enhance circulation and help eliminate toxins.
Honey for hands

Mix half a cup of olive oil with half a cup of sugar and a quarter cup of honey until you get a smooth paste. Apply the paste on your hands and wrap them with plastic foil. Leave to act for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
