DIY – Homemade detox patches!

431

Experiencing fatigue? acne? hair fall? Ever thought your body is fighting a large amount of toxins accumulated in your body due to smoking, bad eating and sedentariness? Don’t worry, there is a solution to your problem and that is detoxing, and detox patches do the trick faster than any other detoxing products out there. They’re expensive, but you can make your own, all natural, at home:

First of all, why use detox patches? Are they efficient? I promise you will see the results the next morning. All the toxins will be extracted and visible on the patch after just one night.

Basically, the detox patches work on the same principles as reflex therapy does or acupuncture, meaning that your foot contains pressure points that are linked to all the organs in the body. By stimulation those points, toxins can be eliminated or drawn out if you wish. Although you may not believe in it, it does work as many studies have shown.

HOW TO MAKE DETOX PATCHES

To make the detox patched you will need bandage and the following dry ingredients: chamomile, turmeric, chili powder, green tea and vitamin C. Crush all the ingredients and mix them well together. The quantity can be established visually as you will need as much detoxing powder as to cover the middle section of your foot.

Get two pieces of bandage, place the powder in equal amounts for each foot, place them in your feet’s middle sections and secure them with tape or you can buy self-sticking bandages which you can find at your local pharmacy. Leave to act overnight and see and feel the difference. They actually work. The darker the color, the more toxins you have eliminated.

Here’s another way to make detox patches: for this method you need water, garlic, onion, bandage and socks. Use a small onion and a large clove of garlic. Finely chop the garlic and onion and boil them in a cup of water on low heat. Once the mixture has boiled, after 10 minutes or so, get it off the heat and leave it to cool down for 20 minutes. Get 2 pieces of bandage and dip them in the liquid. Place them in the middle of your feet and secure them anyway you wish. To prevent the liquid from drying too fast or from dripping, you can use plastic foil. Leave overnight.
