Grapes are not only delicious but they’re a great ally when it comes to weight loss. Here’s how to lose 4kg in only 1 week by following the grapes diet:

It’s easy to follow it lets you eat dairy, fish or chicken. Although the diet includes other foods as well, the grape is the star. You cannot consume more than 500g of grapes in one day due to the fact that they also contain sugar, alongside the components that help with weight loss.

By following this diet you will not only lose weight, but you will also detox your body.

Day 1

Breakfast: 100g of low-fat cow cheese with dill, 4 slices of dark bread, 200g of grapes

Lunch: 250g of grilled or boiled chicken breast, 50g of low-fat cow cheese, 150g of grapes

Dinner: 400g of boiled cabbage, 250g of grilled fish, 200g of grapes

Day 2

Breakfast: 4 tablespoons of corn flakes, 300g of yogurt and 300g of grapes

Lunch: 300g of green salad with 2 tablespoons of peanuts, olive oil mustard and vinegar, 100g of grapes

Dinner: 1 bowl of fruit salad with 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 100g of grapes, 100g of cantaloup

Day 3:

Breakfast: 100g of cereals with 150g of low-fat yogurt sweetened with 2 teaspoons of honey, 300g of grapes

Lunch: rice (100g of rice, 100g of peas), 100g of grapes

Dinner: 200g of veal, 200g of boiled potatoes, 300g of grapes

Day 4: Repeat day 1

Day 5: Repeat day 2.

Day 6: Repeat day 3

Day 7: Repeat whichever day you wish.
