Honey diet – Lose 10 to 12 kg in 6 days

The honey diet is an example of effective and healthy diet with carbohydrates. Honey contains a large amount of useful substances for the human body. It helps in the process of weight loss and provides energy, at the same time offering your body the necessary nutrients helping it not to feel the effects of dieting.

The diet is designed for 6 days and it is based on a combination of honey, dairy products, fruits and vegetables. You can lose 10-12 kilos, by following it, especially if you combine it with cardio exercises.

Day 1

– Breakfast: 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 cup of milk (2-5% fat)
– Lunch: 1 teaspoon of honey, 100 g of light cheese
– Dinner: 1 teaspoon of honey, two boiled carrots

Day 2

– Breakfast: 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of sour cream (15-20% fat)
– Lunch: 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 cups flat
– Dinner: 1 teaspoon of honey mixed with 150 g grated carrots. Before bedtime, you can have a cup of yogurt

Day 3

– Breakfast: 1 teaspoon of honey, freshly grated beets (half)
– Lunch: 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 yogurt
– Dinner: Salad (three tomatoes with salt and sour cream)

Day 4

– Breakfast: 1 teaspoon of honey
– Lunch: 1 teaspoon of honey, 150 g of light cheese
– Dinner: 2 teaspoons of honey mixed with 2 grated apples. Before bedtime, drink a glass of milk

Day 5

– Breakfast: 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 cup of sour cream
– Lunch: Salad (4 peppers, preferably red because they have more carotene)
– Dinner: Boiled beets (half)

Day 6

– Breakfast: 1 boiled carrot, 1 tomato
– Lunch: 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 yogurt
– Dinner: 2 cups of tomato juice or 1 carrot
