Lose up to 10kg in one week with the grapefruits and carrots diet!

A handy weight loss diet may be the grapefruit and carrots, held for 10 days which can help you lose 10 kg in just one week. In addition, this diet is rich in vitamins and minerals, and besides helping you to get the desired silhouette, it strengthens your immune system and fights both obesity and anemia.

During this regime it is forbidden to consume salt, spices, alcohol, sweets, fats, fried foods and sugar. But those who cannot give up salt, can add an extremely low amount on their food. The reason why you shouldn’t use it is that it has been proven that it slows down the effect of the diet.

Dairy and coffee are also prohibited. You can, however, drink as much water as you can and you can also consume green tea and lemon juice, which help with the weight loss process.

The meat consumed must only be boiled or grilled, and no skin.

Here’s how the diet goes:
Monday
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 1 raw carrot.
Lunch: a portion of boiled chicken meat (chicken is recommended), 1 grapefruit, 2 large raw carrots.
Dinner: 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit, oatmeal and two raw carrots.
Tuesday
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit.
Lunch: 1 raw carrot, an orange, a serving of oatmeal.
Dinner: 1 large carrot, an orange.
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, 30 g of lean beef (you can also have fish or pork instead), 1 large steamed or boiled carrot.
Dinner: 1 grapefruit
Thursday
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, a portion of salad prepared from 2-3 large grated raw carrots, a little lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey.
Lunch: carrots salad (as above) and one grapefruit.
Dinner: 1 serving of grapefruit and carrot salad.
Friday
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, citrus juice 500ml.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, citrus juice 500ml.
Dinner: 1 grapefruit, citrus juice 500ml.
Saturday
Breakfast: 1 large cooked carrot, 1 hard-boiled egg, a slice of bread.
Lunch: 2 large carrots, a hard-boiled egg, a slice of bread.
Dinner: 1 large carrot, 1 hard-boiled egg, a slice of bread.
Sunday
Breakfast: 1 raw carrot, one grapefruit and 500 ml of carrot juice.
Lunch: 1 raw carrot, a bowl of oatmeal, one grapefruit and 500 ml of carrot juice.
Dinner: 1 large carrot raw, one grapefruit and 500 ml of carrot juice.
