Day 1

Breakfast: 1 slice of watermelon and a cup of green tea or coffee

Lunch: 150 grams of grilled or boiled lean beef, 150 grams of steam-cooked  rice, a slice of watermelon

Dinner: 60 grams of cheese, 1 slice whole-grain bread, 1 slice of watermelon

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 slice of watermelon, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of green tea or coffee

Lunch: 100 grams of grilled or boiled chicken (skinless), 1 slice of bread, 1 slice of watermelon

Dinner: 100 grams of grilled fish, 100g of boiled rice, 2 slices of watermelon

Day 3

Breakfast: 3 slices of watermelon

Dinner: 1 slice of bread, 60 grams of cheese and three slices of watermelon
