Natural facial lifting at home!

If you think that surgical facial lifting is the only solution for facial saggy skin, you’re wrong! There is a natural way to do it, and the best thing about it is that you can do it in the comfort of your own home:

Apply honey on your face

Honey is a natural moisturizer due to its amazing properties and nutrients. It is great for mature skin and it is very efficient in fighting wrinkles and loss of elasticity. At least once a week, apply unprocessed honey on your face, using circular motions, and leave it on to act for at least 20 minutes. Rinse it off using warm water once the time runs up.

Exfoliate

Exfoliation is necessary to get rid of the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. You can make your own exfoliating mixture or you can buy one of the many options available on the market. A simple way to make your very own scrub is to add granulate sugar to your face cream or coffee grounds. You can also use polenta flour and honey or banana puree and granulated sugar.

Natural facial lifting

To prepare a natural facial lifting mask all you need is one egg white. The egg white is full of nutrients which our skin can use. Think about it: that’s what the little chicken inside the egg use to develop their skin, bones and everything else.

Get a bowl and beat the egg white until light and fluffy. Apply it on your face and leave to act for about 15 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.

Here’s another great recipe for a natural facial lifting mask: in a blender, process a few grapes, a couple of piece of apple, a couple of slices of orange and a couple of strawberries. Massage your face with the mixture and then leave to act for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

You can also try natural juices to get a face lifting effect. Mix a teaspoon of the following juices in a cup: lemon, orange and carrot. Add a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of yogurt. Apply the mixture on your face and leave to act for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

To get a facial lifting effect you can also massage your face daily, while making faces at the same time. It’s fun and effective!
