In case of seborrheic skin, you can prepare a scrub based on cereals for which you need the following ingredients: 100g of wheat bran, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, half a teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of borax. Keep the mixture in a seat-tight container, away from humidity. To use it, put a little bit of mixture in your palm and add a few drops of chamomile tea, just enough to get a paste. Gently rub your skin with it, using circular motions. Clean it off using warm chamomile tea.
For oily skin and dilated pores, mix a teaspoon of wheat bran with a tablespoon of mashed strawberries, and also 1 beaten egg white. Mix everything together and apply it on your face. Leave to act for 15-20 minutes and then rinse your face with warm water.
To get rid of skin spots mix a tablespoon of wheat bran with a small piece of yeast and a little bit of lemon juice. The right consistency for this remedy is cream-like. Apply the mixture on the problematic skin area and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
To clean, tone and whiten the skin on your hands, as well as your feet, Rub them with polenta flour, wheat bran or semolina damped in mint tea or sage infusion. Then wash them with a combination of water and corn starch and then plain water.
To whiten your elbows and get rid of the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin rub them with corn starch of polenta flour mixed with lemon juice.
For dry skin use this mask: a tablespoon of corn starch, a tablespoon of fresh milk and 1 egg yolk. Keep the mask on for 15-20 minutes and wash it off with milk or chamomile tea.
