Top 6 natural masks to whiten your skin and get rid of dark spots!

Managed to get rid of acne but now you’re facing acne scars or brown skin stains? Here are 6 of the most efficient natural masks which you can prepare at home and whiten your skin, thus getting rid of acne scars or dark skin spots:

  1. Yogurt and orange juice

Mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt with a tablespoon of orange juice. Wash your face with cold water before applying the mask. Leave to act for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

  1. Lemon and cucumber

For this mask you need a tablespoon of cucumber juice and one of lemon juice. Apply on face and neck using a cotton pad and leave to act for 15 minutes before rinsing or getting into the shower.

  1. Chickpea flour, turmeric and milk

Mix 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour with half a tablespoon of turmeric and add as much milk needed to form a smooth paste, not too runny but not too dry. The mask needs to be left on until it dries. You can easily find chickpea flour at herbal or natural stores.

  1. Powder milk, honey and lemon

Mix a tablespoon of powder milk, lemon juice and honey. Apply the mask and leave to act for 10 minutes. Indian women use this mask since forever to whiten their skin.

  1. Raw potatoes and lemon

Raw potatoes are very efficient in dissolving dark skin spots. Puree one raw potato (use a food processor) and mix it with a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the mask and leave to act for 15-20 minutes. This mask is also great against wrinkles and tones the skin.

  1. Turmeric, milk and lemon

Mix a tablespoon of turmeric with a tablespoon of milk and one of lemon juice. Apply the mask and leave to act for 10 minutes. You will notice results at first use.
